FAQ
Which area is best for buying a compound apartment in Cairo?
It depends on where you work, your children’s schools and your budget. New Cairo has the most complete services; Mostakbal City and the New Administrative Capital usually start lower with later delivery; Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October suit people working west of Cairo.
Is buying from the developer better than resale?
Off-plan purchases from the developer offer lower down payments and longer installments, but you wait for delivery. Resale units are ready or close to delivery and can be inspected, but usually need more cash upfront. Bright helps with both.
How do I find the price of a new project?
Prices and payment plans change with every phase. We only show a price when the developer has published it officially; for other projects tap “Ask for price” and the Bright team will send the latest price list.
What should I check before signing for an off-plan unit?
The developer’s delivery track record, land and permit status, the delivery date written in the contract, finishing type, maintenance deposit and fees, and the penalties for late installments.
